Terms of Service ("Terms")

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services.
By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Services are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing Cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or Bengal IT Services cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Bengal IT Services customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Bengal IT Services with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Bengal IT Services to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Bengal IT Services will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Content
Our Services allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). By the Content you make available, you represent and warrant to us that (1) we are within rights to use your Content for promotional purposes, (2) that your Content does not violate or infringe upon any other person's, corporation's, business', organization's or institute's rights, and (3) that you created the Content that you make available on the Website, or otherwise have sufficient intellectual property rights to make available the Content.
Changes to Content
We fully reserve the right to remove, edit or otherwise change any and all data, including but not limited to, comments, without prior warning and disclosure.

You further acknowledge and agree that Bengal IT Services shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Precautions
Due to security reasons, we fully reserve the right to (1) use any value as the address of Bengal IT Services including but not limited to, “1, Bengal IT Services Road, Howrah”, and (2) use alias (es) while communicating with you.
No Legal Action
No legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted or threatened by you in any jurisdiction, to enjoin, restrict, or prohibit any of our operations.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to notify you. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
